Fight Club Friday
A fun little build challenge, every Friday.
Every Friday there's a new prompt, and I build something silly for it with AI. Each one gets posted on X @TheJeremyHodge, so follow along there to catch the next one live. This is where they all end up, newest first.

GutHub
Prompt: Landing page for a bad idea. Invent the worst startup you can and build its landing page with total confidence, including a pricing table with at least one absurd tier.
A package registry for human gut flora, with semantic versions, changelogs and known vulnerabilities. The absurd tier is Monorepo, at $250,000 a year.

Token Pipes
Prompt: One HTML page, full screen, generative. No images and no libraries: everything drawn in code. Bonus for changing with the time of day.
The old Windows 3D Pipes screensaver, except the pipes carry AI tokens that burn, leak and run up a bill. The palette shifts with the hour.

Reopened
Prompt: Point your agent at your own git log from this week and turn it into a 30-second movie-trailer voiceover. Fifteen minutes, start to finish. Bonus for a movie poster.
A horror trailer about two tickets stuck "in progress" since August, and the supervisor that checked on them every hour. Script by Claude Code, trailer by Suno, poster by ChatGPT.

Where it started: the Token Burners Club.
Fight Club Friday began inside the Token Burners Club, a small crew of builders shipping real work with AI and burning through a lot of tokens doing it. The club grows by invitation only. Members vouch for the builders they think belong.
There's no sign-up link. If you belong in the room, someone will bring you in.
