Search the registry by outcome. Read the changelog, the sequencing report, and the donor's public dependency tree. Pin to a stable release.
Receive your kit
Overnight cold chain, in discreet unbranded packaging, with everything you need and a short printed card. The card is the documentation.
Run the install
The CLI walks you through it. Most installs complete in eleven minutes. Do not close the terminal. Do not stand up.

Is this FDA approved?
GutHub is a registry. It is not a drug, a device, or a clinic. We connect you with a package. What happens between you and a package is between you and that package.
What if I install the wrong strain?
Run guthub rollback. This restores your flora from your most recent snapshot, which you took, because you read the documentation on the card.
Can I publish my own flora?
Yes. Top donors earn up to $11,000 a month plus a verified badge. Payouts are monthly, you keep 51%, and your strain remains in the registry in perpetuity.
Can I install two strains at once?
This is called a conflict. It resolves on its own within four to nine days, usually in favor of one of them.
Is it reversible?
Mostly.
My cofounder and I want to merge.
Supported on Team and above. Expect conflicts. Most pairs resolve them. We do not recommend doing this before a fundraise, or during one.
